The Town of Torbay is located in the North East region of the greater St. John’s Metropolitan Area on the Avalon Peninsula. STREAMLINED PERMITTING

The Town of Torbay has a streamlined permitting process and a dedicated staff member to work with your staff to ensure that all issues and inquiries are dealt with quickly. There is no fee to process and acquire a permit – only a code of conduct to ensure that the site is left as found and that when necessary, notification is provided to affected residents. The Town of Torbay staff will Assist with the notification process. We ensure that all municipal departments are notified ensuring a seamless process across all departments as required.

LOCAL SKILLED TRADES

The Town of Torbay has access locally to skilled tradespersons and artisans who have significant ability and experience in producing unique and high-quality products and work. These include but are not limited to quilters, woodworking skills, unique carpentry skills, visual artists, and other hard to find traditional craft and trade abilities.

The Town of Torbay provides dedicated municipal support for productions. Staff coordinate departments, assist with logistics, and streamline the permitting process.
