Budget
The Town of Torbay is pleased to announce its Budget for the calendar year of 2026. 2026 will see a total budget of $12,274,147, allocating $548,609 for capital expenditures and $11,725,538 for operational costs. We are pleased to announce that the residential property tax mil rate will remain at 7.7 mils, and the commercial property tax rate will also remain at 12.5 mils.

2025 Budget
