Public Notice | Update in Water Pressure in Country Drive Area | May 9, 2026

The Town of Torbay would like to advise residents in the Country Drive area that water service should be back to normal now. Residents may experience some fluctuations in water pressure overnight and throughout tomorrow. The Town of Torbay is working on a solution to resolve this minor issue.

If residents experience water discolouration, simply run a cold-water bathtub faucet until the water flows clear. The Town suggests avoiding doing laundry or the use of hot water taps until the cold water has cleared to prevent sediment from being drawn into your water heater or spoiling clothes.
