The Town of Torbay is currently undertaking a comprehensive review and update of its land and property records as part of its ongoing commitment to maintaining accurate and complete municipal records.

As part of this review, the Town has identified several properties for which no owner is currently registered in municipal records. The Town is working with legal counsel to take the necessary steps to identify lawful property owners, verify ownership information, and ensure the appropriate parties are contacted and registered.

Property owners, heirs, estate representatives, or any individuals with information regarding the ownership of the properties listed below are encouraged to contact the Town of Torbay.

The Town remains committed to following all applicable legislative and legal requirements throughout this process while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of municipal land records.
