Public Notice | 2026 Storm Water Mitigation Project | Driveway Culvert Replacements

The Town of Torbay wishes to advise residents that construction of the next stage of the 2026 Storm Water Mitigation Project is scheduled to begin the week of September 21, 2026.

This phase of the project involves the replacement of deteriorated driveway culverts in the Pine Ridge and Forest Landing areas. The selected culverts have been marked in the field.

Residents and motorists are asked to please:

• Exercise caution when travelling through construction zones.
• Follow all posted signage and traffic-control measures.
• Obey directions from flag persons at all times.
• Allow additional time for travel and plan alternate routes where necessary.

The Town of Torbay thanks residents for their patience, understanding, and cooperation as this important infrastructure improvement moves forward.
