News Post - Culvert replacement at the intersection of Duggan Place and North Pond Road on Monday, July 20, 2026

Please be advised that our Infrastructure and Public Works staff will be conducting a scheduled culvert replacement at the intersection of Duggan Place and North Pond Road on Monday, July 20, 2026.

To facilitate this essential infrastructure work safely and efficiently, traffic through North Pond Road and Duggan Place in the area of construction will be reduced to a single lane for the duration of the project.

Traffic control will be managed by on-site flag persons to direct motorists safely through the work area. Residents and commuters should anticipate minor delays and are requested to reduce speed, obey all temporary construction signage, and exercise extra caution when approaching the site.

The Town of Torbay appreciates the patience and cooperation of all residents and motorists while these required infrastructure improvements are completed.
