Development Notice | Discretionary Use | 516 Indian Meal Line
The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 516 Indian Meal Line proposing to establish a home-based business in association with the preparation and sale of confectionary goods (treats and custom charcuterie boards). Parking is provided on the property and customer pick-up occurs at the front door. There will be one full-time employee on site. The property is located within the Residential Infill (RI) and Residential Large Lot (RLL) Land Use Zones of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and the proposed use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.
Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be Friday, July 31st, 2026, 12:00 pm (noon).
