The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 515 Indian Meal Line proposing to establish a home-based office in association with the sale of vintage toys, clothing and collectibles. The store is online only and goods are shipped to the customers, with customer pick-up being a rare occurrence. There is 1 full-time employee on site and all goods are stored within the home.
The property is located within the Residential Infill (RI) and Residential Large Lot (RLL) Land Use Zones of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and the proposed use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.
