The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 20 Ryan’s Road proposing to construct a single dwelling in relation to agricultural operations. The property is located within the Agriculture (AG) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and the proposed single dwelling use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.
Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadlinefor written comments shall be Friday, November 6, 2026, 12:00 pm (noon). More detailed information on this proposal is available by contacting the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
