Development Notice | Discretionary Use | 10 Edgewater Lane
The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 10 Edgewater Lane proposing to establish a home-based nail salon. Parking is provided on the property and the business anticipates 3-5 clients per day (by appointment only). The business is located in the basement of the dwelling and there is a separate entrance for client-use. There will be one full-time employee on site. The property is located within the Residential Medium Density (RMD) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and the proposed personal service use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.
Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadlinefor written comments shall be Wednesday, August 26th, 2026, 12:00 pm (noon).
