Public Notice | Change in Water Pressure in Country Drive Area | May 9, 2026

The Town of Torbay would like to advise that residents in the Country Drive area may experience low water pressure over the next hour. This should only be a temporary change in water pressure, however, when water pressure returns to normal residents may experience water discolouration. To resolve this, simply run a cold-water bathtub faucet until the water flows clear. The Town suggests avoiding doing laundry or the use of hot water taps until the cold water has cleared to prevent sediment from being drawn into your water heater or spoiling clothes.
