Development Notice | 279 Indian Meal Line

The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 279 Indian Meal Line proposing to establish a home office in association with a landscaping and snow clearing company, all work occurs off-site. There will be no signage and no clients will be received at the office. There will be 2 full-time and 2 part-time employees working with the business. There will be no heavy equipment parked on site.

The property is located within the Residential Infill (RI) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and the proposed home office use is listed as a discretionary use. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.

Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be Monday, December 22nd, 2025.
