Municipal Enforcement

The Town of Torbay is pleased to announce Municipal Enforcement Services are now active within our community, this is made possible through a regional partnership with the Town of Portugal Cove St. Phillip’s.

Our Municipal Enforcement Officers consist of Chief Constable King, Constable Ford and Constable Pye. All three officers have a great background and experience in municipal enforcement and safety and are eager to get to promote safety within our two communities!
