Water Service Repair | Bauline Line at Gosse's Lane

The Town of Torbay will be completing a water service repair at the intersection of Bauline Line and Gosse’s Lane on Monday, December 1, 2025 starting at 9:00 a.m.

For much of this work Bauline Line will be reduced to one lane in the area of Gosse’s Lane. For the safety of staff and motorists there will be flag persons on site to assist traffic moving through the area.

As part of this work there is also a possible water disruption for the surrounding area. Residents may want to fill bathtubs for toilet flushing and have extra water on hand for other uses in the event of a shutoff.

Residents may experience water discolouration and pressure fluctuations during this time. If you experience these issues it is recommended that you run an outside tap or the bathtub tap until the water runs clear and avoid doing laundry until discolouration subsides.
