Torbay e-Permitting System Now Live

Now Live! The Town of Torbay is now offering a convenient e-permitting system, we look forward to receiving your applications via the town’s e-services portal!

The new e-permitting system is being funded by the Federal Housing Accelerator Fund. The goal is to make the building permit process easier, more efficient and transparent for everyone!

Applicants are responsible for ensuring the information submitted is correct and complete for processing. Before you begin, make sure you have the following information:

• Floor Plans/Building plans
• Plot Plan ( when applicable)
• Estimated Cost of Construction
• Applicant Contact Information
• Copy of Survey

Once all the appropriate information has been submitted, plans will be reviewed by Planning and Development Staff and the applicant will be contacted about next steps.
