Public Notice | Water Service Repair on North Pond Road

The Town will be completing an emergency water service repair on North Pond Road between Torbay Road and Flemings Hill. For the safety of the public and staff access to this section of North Pond Road will be restricted.

During this work traffic will be detoured through Flemings Hill for the safety of workers and the public. Flag persons will be on site to ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicles through site.

We do not expect disruptions to water service in this area but residents may want to fill bathtubs for toilet flushing and have extra water on hand for drinking, cooking and other uses in case of emergency shutoff. Residents may experience water discolouration, and pressure fluctuations during this time. It is recommended that residents run an outside tap, or the bathtub tap until the water runs clear.
