Public Notice | Water Service Repair | Manning Hill & Mockins Place

The Town will be completing a water service repair on Manning’s Hill/Mockins Place on Monday, November 24 starting at 9:00a.m.

Due to the nature of this work, for the beginning portion of this work there will be no access through the area of the Manning’s Hill/Mockins Place intersection, traffic must detour through Country Drive and Patrick’s Path to/from Bauline Line.

As part of this work there is also a possible water disruption for the surrounding area. Residents may want to fill bathtubs for toilet flushing and have extra water on hand for other uses in the event of a shutoff.

Residents may experience water discoloration and pressure fluctuations during this time. If you experience these issues it is recommended that you run an outside tap or the bathtub tap until the water runs clear.

The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks residents for their patience and understanding during this time. Should you require further assistance please call (709) 437 - 6532 ext. 286.
