Public Notice | Traffic Light Obstruction
Drivers and pedestrians are advised to exercise awareness and caution at the intersections of Torbay Road and Karen Drive, and Torbay Road and Kevin Parsons Highway (Bypass Road).
Snow and ice buildup has been covering traffic lights, making them difficult to see, and there have already been recent accidents in these areas.
The Provincial Department of Transportation has been contacted to address this issue as a priority.
