Public Notice | Provincial Fire Ban in Effect

The Town of Torbay reminds residents of the provincial fire ban in effect until September 7th, 2025, at which point the fire ban may be extended depending on the ongoing situation. We are encouraging everyone to read the Fire Smart Canada Home Manual to see how you can keep your property safe in these dry and hot conditions.

Everyone has a part to play in fire prevention. Please follow all rules and guidance in place by both the Provincial Government and the Torbay Volunteer Fire Department.
