Public Notice | Hydrant Flow Testing

The Town of Torbay will conducting hydrant flow testing today, December 11, 2025. Residents may experience water discolouration and pressure fluctuations as a result during this time. If you experience these issues it is recommended that you run an outside tap or the bathtub tap until the water runs clear and avoid doing laundry until discolouration subsides.
