REACH OUT to the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary and make a statement directly by calling 709-729-8000, posting on social media does not achieve this. You must take it upon yourself to contact the police and report illegal activity.

TAKE EVIDENCE in the form of photos and/or videos and provide this to the RNC so that they can take appropriate measures in community safety and crime prevention.
