Urgent Notice | Water Ban in Effect

North Pond has reached critically low water levels. Immediate action is required to prevent a complete depletion of the town’s water supply. If North Pond water levels continue to decline, the Town may be forced to declare a State of Emergency, which could result in a complete halt to all water usage.

To ensure water remains available for essential needs (including drinking, sanitation, and emergency services) the Town of Torbay is continuing the mandatory Water Usage Ban until further notice.
