Development Notice | Discretionary Use | 5 Nathaniel Drive
The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 5 Nathaniel Drive proposing to establish a home office in association with a contracting company, all work occurs off-site. There will be no signage and no clients will be received at the office.
The property is located within the Residential Large Lot (RLL) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and the proposed home office use is listed as a discretionary use. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.
Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be 12:00 noon, Friday, August 22, 2025. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
