Trails

The Town of Torbay has some of the best hiking and trail networks in the Avalon Region. The Town is home to portions of the iconic East Coast Trails and municipal trails for all to enjoy!

Father Troy's Trail

This portion of the East Coast Trail is approximately 8.7km one way and is accessible in the Town on Spray Lane, Torbay Beach, Moores Valley Road, or Tappers Cove.

Silver Mine Head Path

This portion of the East Coast Trail is approximately 2.4km one way and is accessible in the Town on Motion Drive.

Island Pond Brook Trail Network

This trail network is approximately 0.47km in length and is accessible on Lower Street and at Torbay Beach.

Upper Three Corner Pond Park Trail Network 

This trail network is approximately 0.77km in length and has multiple entry points around Upper Three Corner Pond Park.

Western Island Pond Trail Network

This trail network is approximately 1.35km in length and is accessible on Western Island Pond Drive and Skippers Lane.

Woodbridge Park Trail Network

This trail network is approximately 1.35km in length and is accessible on Western Island Pond Drive, Forest River Road, Barkwood Lane, and Rattling Brook Road.

Whiteway Pond Trail Network

Newly developed, this trail network is accessible from Whiteway Pond Road.
