I am out of town on that day but would really like to express some concerns I have on traffic calming in my neighborhood. How can I express these concerns? Can I write a letter to be addressed at this public meeting?

      Hi Amy,

Thanks for getting in touch! Please address your concerns in an email to Bernie Manning, Director of Infrastructure & Public Works. He is the lead staff member working on the project. He will insure your comments are submitted to the project consultants for review. His email address is bmanning@torbay.ca

Will this be a structured meeting with municipal representation and an opportunity for residents to voice concerns and ask questions?…or is this an informal drop in and chat format like the last traffic study session at the Kinsmen Centre?

      Hi Jim,
Thanks for the question! It is structured, it will be approximately two hours long. Consultants will have a number of ‘stations’ set up in the meeting space that residents will be able to visit. Residents will also have teh opportunity to voice opinions and concerns one-on-one with the project consultants, this way we aim to capture the maximum input from attendees.
